HELP!!!??

  I just discovered in horror that my blog somehow connected to my Facebook page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I did not do that or want that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My blog is PERSONAL…not for the people my parents know or my childhood friends or co-workers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how did this happen????????
  I noticed I got a lot of views, then saw the links 20 of those views came from (or vice versa? I don’t know?!) and it is myFACEBOOK page!
  PLEASE tell me how this happened and what is connected and how I can disconnect that ASAP!??
  I feel like I’m going to throw up. My most private things…connected to a public spot like FB????? Please help

  I just really need help with my privacy issues on this site! I can not comprehend how anything connected my FB page to this blog. I’m struggling to understand how if I have separate blogs for different writings, they’re all connected too….joining different groups of things I want separate. I don’t always want one blog reader to know other parts of my life. Why is this all connected? And how does my Facebook page connect in ANY way to my blog without me intentionally connecting that???? I keep going to my stats and clicking around to find the connection. I can’t find it…or how it happened! I only know *I* did not connect them. I’m not certain, but I think it came from posting a meme I found on FB? I didn’t post from my FB page though….so how does that ever happen?? I’m so confused and mortified. I just want to write without the whole world knowing everything I write or who I am…I write to express things I *can’t* discuss with the people in my life. Why has that become so impossible to keep it all private?
