  Im confused which blog is connected to my http://www.hoop4less.com. theres a ton of blogs on my wordpress

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’m happy to issue a refund if you would like. However, I’m also happy to help clear up the confusion as well.

  It looks like you had registered two domains:

  • beefcakers.com, which has since been cancelled
  • hoop4less.com on the blog hoop4lessdotcom.wordpress.com

  It looks like you also purchased a Custom Design upgrade for hoop4lessdotcom.wordpress.com.

  The domain hoop4less.com is currently working on my side. Is it working for you as well?

  Part of the confusion here might be related to your two domains that are close in name – hoop4less.wordpress.com and hoop4lessdotcom.wordpress.com. Since your custom domain is connected to hoop4lessdotcom.wordpress.com, you might want to delete hoop4less.wordpress.com following the instructions here to prevent confusion:

  If you would like a refund for everything, please just reply back to confirm. Note, in order to issue a full refund, I will need to cancel the registration for hoop4less.com. In that case, the domain will get sent back to the registrar and may not become available again for purchase or may be registered by someone else.

  Hi there,

  I have cancelled the domain hoop4less.com and the Custom Design upgrade. I’ve also issued a full refund. Please allow several days for the refund to be added to your account.

  The domain hoop4less.com will be sent back to the registrar. The registrar will decide when this domain is released back to the public for purchase.

  I’ll send this note to the email address you listed as well for confirmation!
