  Hi

  I see this when trying to connect to inspiredkids.wordpress.com

  inspiredkids.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  How then can I not use InspiredKids as a new blog title?

  Please help!

  Hello prjct,

  Sorry about that. Unfortunately, once a site has been deleted, it cannot be reused by anyone. This support doc explains site deletion along with any consequences that go along with it.

  No there is not. The deleted blog URL will not become available again. I’m sorry but you cannot recover or register any deleted blog URL. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

  I am not surprised at the position you are taking, even if it seems on the surface to not make much sense and I am sure I am not the first who would just love a wordpress name that has been deleted, and no one is using.

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
