    Hello there,

    If you’re new to WordPress.com, I have a few suggestions for you.

    The first is to use our new users guide. You can step through the process of setting up your blog using the instructions here:
    learn.wordpress.com

    Second, if you have issues that arise as you’re setting up, you can ask specific questions here. We can give you detailed instructions if we know exactly what you’re hoping to accomplish.

    Finally, keep an eye out for a Live Chat Support pop-up window. You can begin a chat with one of our Happiness Engineers right from your Dashboard! Log into your blog as you normally would and look for the chat box in the lower right-hand corner.
    Click on the box to begin your chat. Simply type your question and hit enter to be connected. Whenever there is a free Happiness Engineer, you’ll see the box. If no one is available, you’ll see a note in the lower right-hand corner that Live Chat is closed.

    If I can help further, please let me know! I know there’s a learning curve, but once you have everything set up, it will be smooth sailing.
