  I can not access my website what so ever and my admin will not load what do I need to do
  & what is the number for customer support

  I wanted to create a slideshow in my header and accidently went in to the theme and either erased or added some coding and now I’m locked out of my website called benhookz.com

  http://benhookz.com/ is not a WordPress.com blog, so we cannot help you with that.

  It might be a WordPress.ORG blog, in which case you need to be at WordPress.ORG’s forums for help with that.

  It looks like your site is hosted with HostGator. You should contact them about regaining access to your site.
