  can’t renew subscription

  Hi there,
  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account and the exact same associated email address that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store > My Upgrades to renew them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Hi there,

  It looks like the Premium upgrade/domain you mentioned are in another account. Please log into that account and you can access your upgrades by going to Store > My Upgrade in your Dashboard as @timethief mentioned.
