  Hi
  I feel totally lost, i registered my name and want to create a websote but i dont know where to start on the site, i have the name and login details but i cant get back to where it asks to purchase the site? I want the $99 website plan.
  Can anyone help?

  Hi there. You already have the free WordPress.com address, http://naturaltherapieslaunceston.wordpress.com/ . With that address you can already start creating posts and pages for your site. You don’t need the upgrade to do that. To start creating content, visit either the Classic dashboard (http://naturaltherapieslaunceston.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) or the My Sites page (https://wordpress.com/stats/naturaltherapieslaunceston.wordpress.com). From either of those links you can then also access the Store where you can purchase the upgrade.

  However, before you buy an upgrade I suggest you first work through the tutorials and get to know WordPress.com a bit better. Look at the “Learn WordPress” support doc (http://learn.wordpress.com/) and the “Video Quick Start” tutorial (http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/). That should give you a better idea about what you can do with this site and how to do it.
