  Hi @hassanali1337, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org Themes and Templates forum.

  I did take a quick look at your site, and on the footer grey area, if that is the area you are talking about, the following is where the color for that is set.

  .footer_widets {
      background: #303234 none repeat scroll 0 0;
      color: #707273;
      padding: 30px 0;
  }

  I’m not sure what exact area you are wanting to change. There really isn’t a parent div around the stuff in the header area, so you would need to modify the php script files and add a parent div and declare a class in that div and then create a CSS rule to change the color of that parent div.
