  I have tried to cancel my domain but each time i try it say “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.” please help. I have no use for the domain any longer and do not want to spend 18 a year for it.Thanks in advance.

  I have made numerous post, sent numerous emails and have heard nothing. Is there any other way to come in contact with someone for assistance??

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel upgrades, and to disable auto-renew.

  Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   Still does not work. I am signed in as the admin and there is still nothing. The same “This upgrade cannot be cancelled” pops up.
