    I wanted to reactivate my blog account mentalpsicologia.com I dont really now what I did wrong, i payed $13 so i could get it back. I tought that mappin was the word for reopening, and know I can not access (mental psicologia) I can only get to a new one called mentalpsicologiadotcom. Is there any way i can revive the original blog mentalpsicologia i dont care for mentalpsicologiadotcom

    Hi there,

    All domain mapping does is to connect a domain you already own with an existing WordPress.com site.

    I can only see one site in your account, namely http://mentalpsicologiadotcom.wordpress.com/ . This site is mapped to the domain, http://mentalpsicologia.com/, though that domain’s name servers is not pointed at WordPress.com, and unless you change that as @timethief has explained above, that mapping upgrade won’t work.

    If you had another site besides http://mentalpsicologiadotcom.wordpress.com/ it wasn’t in this account. If this is the only WordPress.com account you’ve ever had, then your previous site was most likely a self-hosted site. In that case we’re not able to help you, as self-hosted sites don’t form part of WordPress.com and we don’t keep records of them.
