HELP!!!

    Neither mu blog partner or i can get in to the backside of our site. the site has been up and running ands daily post by one of us for 4 years so we are not new to WordPress. But suddenly we are having problems.
    1. Can’t get into the dashboard randomly
    2. When we do get in, we cannot make updates. There is message that keeps appearing which says ‘Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.’ that has been happening for 3 days straight.
    3. The ‘automatic’ email that should go to all our subscribers is not being delivered to many and many who are trying to subscribe for the first time contact us and tell us that they are unable to and both groups are frustrated that we haven’t fixed the problem. We can’t figure out how to fix it.
    4. The images we are adding to our daily posts seem not to be appearing in the posts. From the dashboard side we can sometimes see the images as though they are indeed embedded in the post but when we go to ‘Preview post’ or ‘View post’ there is no image. Instead there is a small square box with a ‘?’ in it. We are inserting them as we always have for the last 4 years….nothing new. When the photos do appear, or when we go back to older posts and try to ‘Pin’ them to our Pinterest account, we get a message which informs us that there is no image to save.
    We really need some help here as our daily visits to the site have dropped by more than half apparently because people are having the same difficulty accessing our site as we are.

    The most essential detail to provide when you create a thread here is the URL of the exact site you refer to. Without you posting it, the thread remains “dead in the water”.

    This site http://www.twochums.com/ is not hosted here and we cannot help you with it. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that one is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
