Hi there,
So are you wanting to empty your site so that you can start from scratch? Our support page can assist you in this process.
If you have tons of content on your blog, we can do it for you, but you can accomplish clearing your site fairly easily with bulk actions whenever you’re ready. When I go to the Dashboard I do not see the plugins option.
You won’t find a plugin tab in the dashboard because plugins are installed and utilized solely for those with self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs:
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/The good news is that there are plenty of plugins already bundled and configured within the WordPress.COM blog/site. You can find out about bundled WordPress.com plugins here:
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

I apologize for the many threads. I kept getting an error when I posted. Yes I want to delete everything and start from scratch as if I just created the account. I am not sure on how to do this?
