  Hello. I’ve been charged to a subscription that i no longer need and I’d like a refund please. There is no purchase history showing so i can’t request it through that route. please can you do it for me? my email address is [redacted]
  I also asked for help through chat but the link that was sent doesn’t help me.

  If you don’t see that charge under your purchases, it must be conencted to another account. You can check it out at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.
  Also never post sensitive information as an emailaddress, on a public forum … unless you want to be flooded by spammers and scammers;
