Help!!

My blog has been nominated for an award and the code they sent me to use for my “badge” doesn’t work right. I want to display it in a widget and also in a post. Here is what they sent:

<div>By Best Local Mom Blog</div></div>It is suppose to display a clickable image but it doesn’t seem to be working when I put it into a text widget. This is really timely so I would appreciate help as soon as possible. THANK YOU!

I’m sorry but JavaScript will be stripped out by our software here for security reasons as this is a multiuser blogging platform. What you can do is upload and image of the badge and post it in wither an image widget or a text widget.
