Help a page from wordpress offering assistance with setting up my twitter

  I was asked to provide control of my twitter account my a someone here at WordPress.com is that a feature offered to free accounts normally? It stated it not access my password but tweet on my behalf?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It appeared to me that it too drive/bring reader to my blog.. I am very new to this forum and since in came to me on the same page that I was on at the time the W WordPress.com none of the traditional bells & whistles went off for me until after I gave control. Has anyone else received this offer??
