  First you have to confirm where the site in question is hosted because our Terms of Service Staff deal only with blogs hosted by WordPress.COM and no others. To determine who hosts the site you can use:
  https://www.whois.net/ and
  http://www.whoishostingthis.com/

  After you do that if and only if the site is hosted by wordpress.COM please read:

  Hi, Thanks for reply Me.
  That site is hosted Buy wordpress.com
  They Used our official company name and doing fraud and use our name.
  So i am afraid if i will share that url public. then can do something more.
  COz we already to much worry.
  They take money and used our name/
  Can i caontact your pricately and give you that detail.
  Please We need to remove that urgent.
