Help about customize wont work

  when i click in Customize in loading and no show anything to do. How can i solve this problem. Thank you

  when i click in Customize in loading and no show anything to do.

  I’ve been able to load the Customiser from our end, which suggests there could be an issue with your browser or internet connection. To help me look into this further, it would be great if you could answer the following questions:

  • Are you able to load the Customiser using a different browser?
  • Is Javascript enabled on your browser?
  • Does the Customiser load if you connect to another network? For example, home or work.

  Customize ‘s Problem has solve with Mozilla.
  I was used Safari, Chrome. And change network.

  I’m pleased to hear this is working now. If you are able to load the Customiser using another network, that suggests there could be a speed issue with the network you were connected to.
