help about fatal error!!

  I am new and I tried to set up my web pages for the first time last night. I thought that I had good luck but I got an error — Uncaught Error: Class ‘WP_Customize_Control’ not found in /home3/arketlb6/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/related-posts/class.related-posts-customize.php:289

  Is there a way to start over. or get rid of this error? .. or even, and email address for support? I feel silly about asking!!!

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
