  Can i add torrent links on my blog??
  there’ll be piracy and copyright issues on it or not???

  No you cannot add torrent links on your blog!!

  There would be piracy and copyright issues, your blog would get suspended, and you would be sued and possibly arrested!!!

  PS: you’d better have permission for all the contents uploaded on your site. Textbook publishers and the like are VERY protective of their stuff.
