Help Accessing Jetpack
-
I am trying to get my stats off my blog. Unfortunately, when I go to jetpack to get my stats, WordPress sends me to a blog that I stopped over 4 years ago. I have been blogging on my new site since November of last year, posting at least 2 blogs a week. I go to it every day and I respond to those readers that contact me. Now I want to see what the stats are and I can’t access my information. What is going on?????
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin. Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs. A wordpress.COM account is required to run the Jetpack plugin, but we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums. Please direct Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

Since I have been passed off to Jetpack, I have been told that they will fly back through cyberspace in 24 – 72 hours. This is BAD support and service. I came to WordPress because of your reputation and support. Now I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would like to start utilizing my blog as a business and if this is the support that I get from WordPress then I may have to consider a different domain. What can be done?!?!
-
Timethief,
If I am on Bluehost then why is it that when I sign on to KrunkDaddy and I use the post, it refers me to WordPress????
-
Everyone who has a wordpress.ORG software install who uses the Jetpack plugin has to have a wordpress.COM account. When they use it their wordpress.ORG sites connected by the Jetpack plugin can be managed from their My Sites page here at wordpress.COM.
-
The only Jetpack information we have in wordpress.COM support docs is this entry https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

Again, everytime that I open the KrunkDaddy site administration, wordpress is what I am using. I am in the administration right now. In the top left hand corner is “WordPress” emblem. When I open the dashboard I am in WordPress. Why????

It’s unfortunate that you have spent so much time here and have failed to comprehend my explanations provided above. Please be patient while waiting for a Staff response.
