Help Account Suspended

A friend of mine build a website for me and it’s called israelmaya.com. I tried logging on to the site today and it says ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. I don’t understand why it would be suspended since it’s been up for over a year and nothing has changed. What can I do to get my site back up?

That site is not hosted with WordPress.com. Instead, it is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostRipples.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. In this case, though, the site was suspended by its hosting provider, so the site’s owner should contact them: https://hostripples.com/contact-us.php
