  I have purchased Jetpack backup but don’t know how to activate it, can you help please?

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I don’t see any Jetpack plans under the account you used to create this forum thread. Is it possible you perhaps purchased that service under a different username?

  Hi, Thanks for your speedy reply, unfortunately I can’t cheque just now as yesterday I was admitted to hospital in preparation for surgery.
