  Hi how can I add a theme to my account? I can’t access My Site the following message appears: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection.

  Please help.

  Hi @luckyacan, actually we can’t seem to access your site at all. Can you contact your host to see what’s up?

  Then you can reconnect Jetpack if needed.
