Help adding a site – page frozen for days

    Hi,
    I have tried to add a new site to my domain, and also just sign up completely separately for a new domain. I have been trying for a couple weeks now thinking it would fix itself but the page to add a new domain just freezes and I cant add anything. Does anyone have any tips?! Why is it not working?!

    Hi Steph – Go ahead log out + back in to your WordPress.com account if you have not already. Next, clear your browser cache and cookies by following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
