Help adding banner..please help!

  I have been trying to add this banner from influenster. It’s just a little square image that shows my influenster score and I think will link back to their site if it’s clicked. I was given these two codes

  if this isn’t compatible with wordpress is there a way to change it? I REALLY need this on my blog somehow. I’ve been messing with it for hours. :(

  I have find in my blog any undesiderable banners. How must I do for remove them definitively?
