help adding video

A big thank you to anyone who can help me!
I have a Yahoo small business website with a Word Press blog through the Yahoo website (www.missbakersbiologyclass.com/blog). I followed the directions on how to post a video to my blog, but it doesn’t work. If you go to the web address above, you’ll see what I mean.
Out of curiousity I went to wordpress.com and started another blog directly through Word Press. This time it worked!
Why can I not post a video on my other Word Press blog? Or even more importantly, how do I post one to the other one?

That’s because you’re probably following the instructions for wordpress.com If you’re hosted at Yahoo, then you’re using the software from http://wordpress.org and need to be over there. I would suggest taking a look at the Plugins page as you’re going to need one for video display.

Thanks! I understand what I need to do. However, I can’t find my plugin directory on my computer. Any plugin I download apparently needs to end up there to work. Any hints on where to find it? Sorry if this is a silly question! I’m a beginner.

I hate to say it but you really need to be over at the other site for help with plugins. The file you download should have instructions within it though.
