Help adjusting dimensions of a fixed frame for featured image
-
I’m trying to make the frame on my pages that displays the featured images shorter. My images are the correct proportions. I want them to display at 920×383, not 920×640. I’m using the Blissful blog & have the CSS upgrade. I’ve made several attempts at writing something, but none have worked. I’m not exactly fluent in CSS… Any one have any suggestions?

We don’t accept invitations but not to worry. I tagged this thread for Staff support as that support comes with the upgrade.

I checked all of the pages at http://timberpointcenter.wordpress.com/ and the featured image on each page is currently displaying at 920 x 383 pixels. I think that’s what you were after, and I think you simply uploaded the properly sized images in to the featured image area for each post to accomplish it—no CSS required.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/For this to work, you need to be using a theme that has Flexible Headers support, which the Blissful Blog does have.
