Is there any way to collect, list all emails from all comments history?
Is there any way to filter or hide, only old comments?
May Posts and Pages has too many comments and I would like to know the easy or best way to remove them and improve blog performance :)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The email addresses are on each comment. Making a list would mean opening everyone of them.

My blog has 157,504 comments, is there any other way?
moving then to Trash Box will help to improve performance?
