timethief,
First, thank you for the answer. The link http://stickans.wordpress.com/ is for the index page. I have the blog in this http://stickans.wordpress.com/nyheter/
and this is empty. :-(It seems to that I of misstake have deleted “Nyheter”, but when I took a look in “basket” I could not see “Nyheter”.
Do I now have to put in a new post, “Nyheter” and pick one after one of all posts into this new “Nyheter”. Or what for me to do?
I’m really satisfied of that you timethief will lhelp me for I’m really worried! I have got a so for me nice WP-blog … ;-)
-
That is a Page, not a Post.
You should be writing Posts, not Pages. Then you wouldn’t need an index page at all; your archive, category/tag, and recent posts widgets would work.
Look on the dashboard under Pages and see if it’s in there.

raincoaster, I can’t find “Nyheter” in my pages or posts. This post has disappeared totally. But I Nyheter has been a well working post in the menu since I restarted my blog several month ago. Now I see that I must have make a veru fatal misstake, when it coult disapper.
But how to get it back now. The best way … -
If you were trying to link to the deleted blog in your custom menu then that explains why you aren’t connecting with it now because the blog no longer exists.
nyheter.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site. -
So now is not only the blog post “Nyheter” away, and I have to make a new one? Am I right?
Then I first have to make a new “Nyheter” and then put in all posts from start in Nyheter? -
Now I have tried to put in all my posts in “Nyhet”. The first one will be ok, but then it is stop! It not works. Why?
Please help me! -
Howdy!
It looks like you may have deleted that page by accident! You can find recently deleted pages by visiting your site’s dashboard at http://stickans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and clicking on the “Pages” link on the left.
When that page loads, along the top, you’ll see links for various options—including Trash. Here’s a screenshot of what to look for: https://cloudup.com/cAssX6JF3uU
To help you out, the direct link to the page is https://stickans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=page
I see a “Nyheter” page there in your trash. You can move your mouse over the name, then two options will appear just under it–Restore and Delete Permanently. Click on Restore and it’ll return.
Deleted pages/posts will stick around in the trash for 30 days before being tossed out. If you have any other questions or need anything else, please let me know.
Cheers!
@timethief – @stickans isn’t referring to a different site.

kraftbj, thank you, but when I restore, it will be empty under “Nyheter” the menu name for my blog. So I must have done som more wrong – perhaps when I was trying to help myself. :-(
Have you any more idea, how for me to continue?
-
Perhaps I have had a page Nyheter and moreover, a page Nyhete.
Just now I’m very comfused, and it fell not so good … -

Hi,
Your menu item currently goes to http://stickans.wordpress.com/2013/12/19/nyheter/, which is a new post made today that can be edited at https://stickans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2332&action=edit
For the older page at http://stickans.wordpress.com/nyheter/ , you can change the menu at https://stickans.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
By clicking the small arrow on the bar with “Nyheter”, an option will appear to remove that item. To replace it with the page, then choose “View All” on the left (under Pages), click the checkbox next to Nyheter and click “Add to Menu”.
It’ll be added at the bottom of the list. You can click and drag it into where you’d like it to appear in your menu.
Cheers!

@timethief – FYI, you don’t need to modlook threads once staff has replied. Any response to a post will automatically notify the staff member that last posted to the thread.
@timethief – The user never had http://nyheter.wordpress.com/ . I’ll delete that post to help keep things straight :-)

timethief, http://nyheter.wordpress.com, is not a blog, it was the blog in menu Nyheter. I don’t now how it could have been a separate blog, very confusing for me. That’s to say, I have only one blog and this blog has worked very well since several month ago, when I restarted.
Now I will start with kraftbl propose and hope it will work …

I was wondering how the secret weapon worked on that – since one of the staff told me I did not need to modlook a thread a second time – thanks
-
kraftbj, now I did as you told me. Now I can see one of all my post in Nyheter. Good so long. How put in all the other posts I had before?
