Help! All my pages and posts have gone

    I’ve only been blogging for a few weeks, but I have written and published a couple of pages and 8 posts. I just tried to log into my site’s dashboard, but all I get is an error message saying: ‘Sorry, we could not find http://www.awalkandalark.com.’

    I did manage to log into https://wordpress.com/me and it looks like all my posts and pages have been deleted. What can I do to get into my dashboard? and how can I get all the posts back?

    http://66.147.244.189/~awalkand/ I found this page, which shows the posts on the recent post menu and the pages at the top, but none of the links seem to work. I spent hours on each of my posts, so I am really keen to get them back! I am still very new to this though so I have no idea what to do!
