Help! All my photos are lost!

  All of my photos disappeared from my site. Is there some way to recover them?

  I am using Firefox 15.0.1 and I can see images. Please tell us
  (1) what your operating system is?
  (2) which browser and version of it you are using?
  (3) how you are connecting to the internet and to wordpress.com (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) ?

  (4) Are these missing images ones you uploaded into WordPress.com servers?
  (5) If so then are they appearing in your Media Library?
  (6) Are these missing images hosted on third party sites?

  There are only photo’s on the first post, the rest of the posts have a white bar and if you put your cursor on it, it shows the title of the photo, but the photo’s are definitely not there.

  Clicking on the white bar shows a 404 error so i assume the photo’s have been removed from the library.

  Oh no! If they were deleted from the Media Library then they aren’t on WordPress.com servers and they will have to be uploaded again.

  Please answer:

  The photo’s that ARE on the blog have been linked from elsewhere, so i guess there is the answer.

  Sorry, sorry!

  1-2. I am using both the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Chrome
  3. I am using wireless from a DSL connection
  4. The missing images are from wordpress.com servers (my library)
  5. They are not in my media library, although they used to be
  6. The images from third party sites still show up

  Posts, pages, comments, and uploads each have their own trash folders. To access them in your dashboard:
  Uploads: Media -> Library
  Restoring from Trash http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash
