Help! All posts/text have turned bold on my site

Hi,
Last week all the text on my blog posts/sidebar/everywhere turned into bold text and I’m not sure why. I’ve scoured the html to find an open tag but have had no luck. Can someone tell me where to look? Within a post? In the CSS? I don’t know where to find it. My site is http://runliftyoga.com/.Thanks in advance!
