Help! All the changes I made on my blog disappeared!

Hi, I’m really hoping someone can help me because I sent a question to wordpress support at around 8AM and still haven’t heard back :(
I’m new to wordpress. I made a new page yesterday afternoon, and it was still there even after I logged out and came back later in the evening. But this morning I logged on and my page is gone! Not only that, but it seems ALL the changes I made yesterday have been undone. I deleted some categories yesterday, but they’re back today. It’s as if yesterday never hapened.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sadly, yes. I wish that were the problem. I guess I’m just going to have to do everything over again.

It was “chocolate-covered recipes”
Today, I made a new page with the same title, but it doesn’t have anything under it. Now I’m going to have to go back to all my old posts and get the links for my recipes again. It took me two hours last time… the worst part is that I don’t know what I did to make the page disappear, so I am worried that I might waste the time to do it all over again just to have the same thing happen again! (I didn’t hit any button that said delete.)

Two pages (including chocolate-covered recipes) and one post (hello world) were deleted by you yesterday according to the logs.

I just don’t understand how that happened, because I never would have deleted that page. And it’s also odd that the categories I deleted yesterday were back today (I re-deleted them earlier this afternoon). Should things you delete show up in the “Your Stuff” part of the dashboard?
I guess I’m going to have to re-do everything. But I really appreciate that you’ve taken the time to answer me :).
