Help and advice on closing my account.

I need to close my wordpress account and stop all card payments. Please can you tell me if my plan is still active and if so how I can cancel it? Thank you Daniel Carlton for Nurserymania.

Hey nurserymania,
You can delete your website from the account settings and you can also deactivate your account.
Please refer to these support links.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-deactivation/And to check if you have anything to get charged for, you can manage purchases.

You will be able to remove your account starting May 25 (it’s a new feature 🙂)!
In the meantime, you can follow the steps from this article to empty your site, and remove your personal information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-deactivation/
Regarding the payments, you can cancel your plan via Purchases (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases). Click the button to Cancel below the plan details. Follow the prompts to cancel your plan. 🙂
I’ve added the “modlook” tag so they can confirm whether your plan is still active or not.

You have already canceled both the Premium plan and the domain mapping for nurserymania.co.uk and you won’t be charged again.
