This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have been trying desperately to figure out how to get my questions answered and how to get my domain name back and now my email will not work so there is no way for you to contact me. You guys are the worst. It would take someone who knows how to do this maybe 5 min but instead it has wasted hours of my time. There has got to be a better way. Please reach out to me some how.

I can’t figure out where to pay for my domain name after my card expired.
I have switched to wix.com but I still have my domain name here. It has proven harder than I expected to figure out how to pay for my domain name again so that I can have my website working again.
