Help! App and website gone

  Went to update website on plesk and selected instatron app installer and WordPress was not there, just the option to install it. The site was still up. I asked my ISP and they suggested installing it again. However, when it finished reinstalling it provides no options to select items for editing. Now the site is gone. Theme is paid for but the site is not showing on my WordPress page.

  It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org website, which is different from a WordPress.com site.
