I want to include the banner picture on my front page, but i dont want the picture to show up like that separately underneath the banner. How do i only keep the banner picture with the theme fortune? or how do i include that banner picture that Fortune has on their homepage in the example?

Hi there, I’ve checked and the page you link to does not exist in your dashboard.
On the Fortune demo home page, are you talking about the snowy image with the Build Your Business… title and text over it?

Hi, I’m not entirely sure I understand what you are wanting. I see an image with “Our Services” title over it. Is that the banner you wish to keep, or are you talking about the Certif-a-gift image in the header area above the menu, or are you talking about the ribbon image down below the Our Services title and image?

Or how do i insert the banner picture just like the example that has”build your business with us”

Hi there.
You can find what you want to do on the following link: https://wordpress.com/theme/fortune/setup
Search for the “Customizing your front page” topic. I guess the page template your looking for is the one with the name “Introduction”. So, you have to set it up in your home page settings, as described in this tutorial.

Hi @certifagift, pages other than a page set with the Front Page Template will show the narrower image. If you set the page you have as your front page to the Front Page Template instead of the Grid Page (Full Width) the image you have set as the featured image will show larger. Also, the reason the image on the Fortune demo site is larger is that there is some introductory text in the content area of that page (the text below the title).
@guicmazeredo, thanks for giving the link to the Fortune Setup page.

Hi, on the Fortune home page, the page is set to the front page template and has a featured image set. The content entered into the front page content area in the page editor is overlaid on the featured image. That is what you are seeing on the demo site. Since you have a lot of content in the main page already, you will have to reconfigure and change how you have your content set up and move the bulk of it into other pages to show in the grid fashion below the top featured image. If you look at the Fortune Setup under Customizing Your Front Page.
Also, since Fortune is a Premium theme, you have direct access to the theme designer for help on setting thing up. If after reading through the Setup information, if you still need help, I would suggest reaching out to the theme designer in the Fortune theme forum.
