HELP ASAP! Changed my domain name and in a panic about several things!!

I just changed from proverbs girl.wordpress.com to proverbsway.wordpress.com
Questions:
1. Can I use the site redirect for this? Meaning, if someone logs to proverbs girl.wordpress, they’ll be redirected to proverbsway?
2. Now that I have changed my domain to the one I want moving forward, I am planning to go premium and change it to proverbsway.com. Should I change it to premium and then do the site redirect? If I do it before I go premium, will the traffic will be redirected to the proverbsway.wordpress? Once the wordpress is taken out, will the traffic still be redirected to the new premium domain?
3.Is there a phone number available for help??? Sure would be nice to have someone live help me through this.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

But let’s do this again.

You don’t need to do a redirect, whether you changed the URL to another whatever.wordpress.com address or a custom domain. All your readers will go to the new URL.

It is utterly pointless to change the underlying URL and then buy a custom domain, which completely hides the underlying URL anyway.

Not for free, no. Some consultants like myself offer paid phone support, but it’s not cheap.

You were helped in the other thread, if there is something you did not understand, the other thread is the place to ask for clarification on a specific point, and not waste our time starting over helping you where we will probably reinvent the wheel and give you duplicate info
