Help ASAP! – DNS

    I cant log into my other business account. I am going live tomorrow with a press release and everything and see I received my last email from the website on 22/04/2016! i’m trying to log in to that account, but cant reset the password, nothing!

    Can you please help me!!! Please! I’ve build the website and everything was up and running and ready to launch! I checked with Hetzner.co.za and the DNS (or something) is with you.

    Hello!

    Your site isn’t hosted with us at WordPress.com. This means we don’t have access to it, sorry. We can only access the accounts for websites that hosted with us. While you have a WordPress site it’s not a WordPress.com site.

    The difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org is confusing so we’ve put together this guide:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Your best bet would be to contact the company you’re paying for web hosting. They will be able to provide you with FTP details which you can use to access the backend of the site.
