Help ASAP please

I have a website and i am trying to create my blog with wordpress, i want to have my menu with the page titles as per my site and link them to the existing url
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please note that demanding assistance ASAP is not realistic. This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email. Volunteers who have been answering questions here for years longer than Staff have been on Staff answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.
Failing to wait for 24 hours without a first response to a thread before posting again and bumping it is not realistic and not in your best interest.Volunteers and Staff work their way through threads tagged for their attention by dealing with those that have the earliest date and timestamps first, then moving forward to deal with those that have the most recent date and time stamps. Please be patient while waiting for us to assist the bloggers who posted before you did.

Please Note: Failure of you to plan ahead and start your blog with enough time to do a proper job setting it up and learning the software does not constitute an emergency for anyone that helps here in the forum

Tell your account manager there is no urgent designation here. We respectfully and patiently wait in line behind those posted for assistance before we did. And if that person won’t accept that reality then you ought to seek employment elsewhere.
