Help automatic renewal charge

  I was just automatically charged for renewing my account, and I don’t want to renew it. I want a refund. Can someone please help asap.

  I’ll be happy to help. There is not a history of any charges coming from the account that you have signed in with. Please sign in to your other account and I can look up the charges.

  I’ve signed in- can you please refund the money I was charged today?

  The charges were not processed from the account you are signed in with, username monchirg.

  Use the email address that your receipt was delivered to for signing in. Then post back here in this forum and I’ll be able to look up the charges.

  Each WordPress.com user account requires a unique email address.
