Help! Being charged subscription fee for wordpress blog I can’t access

Hi, I’ve just been charged an unknown transaction fee for a blog I cannot access or log in to. I want to completely stop any subscriptions I may have and delete all my personal data from wordpress, in line with GDPR. Please help.

You are simply logged in to the wrong account. You created pioneering2934d3a985 only a few minutes ago, so that billing is conencted to another account of yours.
To find out what a billing is all about, go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. If you are really sure you want to cancel that purchase, you can do so from that same page.

Thanks for replying, I know I’ve created a new account – it’s so I can access the forum to post my question as I can’t access my old account (but am still being charged). Unfortunately the wpchrg system can’t locate the charge, despite me putting in exact transaction details.. I may have to dispute this with my bank.

That means that charge isn’t made wordpress.com. All charges made by wordpress.com can be recognized as follows at https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#on-your-credit-card-statement

If you are talking about an old wordpress.com account, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to that account as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
