HELP blog is still down…

I saw the posts from yesterday stating the issue had been resolved, however my blog was not DOWN yesterday, unfortunately it is down today!! Are we still having the same issues or is it just me?? All of my self hosted wordpress blogs are down…it is taking forever to load and then I get done..with nothing but white background NO BLOGS!
