HELP!! Blogging novice with NO idea how to use standard theme!

Hi all, I have recently begun a blog and yesterday purchased ‘Standard theme’ as I have seen blogs using this theme and thought it was really tidy and professional. However, I have NO IDEA how to use it ( I know…. idiot) and so I dont know how to get the most out of it.
This is the theme I bought:

So how did he DO that. At the moment my blog just looks like a blank slate. Here is my blog as it is currently on weebly:
http://onethousandsingledays.weebly.com/one-thousand-single-days.html#.T9q2Tu2bI9pAnd I want to transfer the content to my wordpress ‘standard theme’ blog when I finally have figured out how to publish a nice site using it.
Any advice? Any websites that can help me? I have found a few but they are all for the other standard theme 2 which I dont think I have.

For future reference, there will be a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but the theme needs to be active and you need to be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it.
