help box disappears/ and question about format

  I continue to get the message “do you need help” but when I click on the ^, it disappears. I’ve tried several different browsers, and all the same. My question was in selecting format in the box on the left, I’ve selected image. Doesn’t seem to do much except say “image” on the post. Is that all that does?

  In some themes, the post formats are more distinctive than others. Like in the theme Vertigo, selecting the Image post format hides the headline and adds a ‘picture-frame’ border around the image. Your theme, spectrum, is just a little more subtle with what it does. But themes that support post formats also give you just one more ‘filter’ of how to read posts. You can find here a listing of all your ‘image’ posts, for example:

  While on a page with the Help chatbox available, please follow these steps to check for Javascript errors (I find this easiest in Chrome or Firefox):

  Advanced Browser Troubleshooting

  Then upload a screenshot of any errors to your site’s media library so I can view them.
