  I am not technically inclined and need help setting up my blog site.
  I cannot find an email contact for WordPress so I am using this option

  There are two different types of wordpress

  wordpress.com and wordpress.org if you want to know the differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org please read this (this is optional) https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  Your site appears to use Bluehost which uses wordpress.org
