Hi @lovelywk,
Your site osteobath.co.uk is a Self-Hosted WordPress site(Using WordPress software only) and not a one hosted here on WordPress.com. This is a common confusion between the two different WordPress platforms. You can learn more about different platforms here:
WordPress Com vs WordPress ORG
Chances are, the newly installed plugin might have clashed in with an existing on, causing the software to have an error. You can try and deactivate the plugin from your Wp-admin –– to check if it works again. Or you could seek help at the WordPress org Support and also note you can specifically get the WP-Super cache support here:
This forum is just for WordPress.com users only. Good luck with getting it sorted soon.
Thanks!

I see that http://osteobath.co.uk/ is a self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) site and not hosted with WordPress.com.
I am afraid we are unable to help you here. These forums are only for questions related to WordPress.com sites.
You can post the question on self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) forums for help: https://wordpress.org/support/
