Help – Can login but cannot access our website

  Some members of my team (including me) can no longer see or access our website in WordPress or work on it. Our site is not live yet. We are working on various pages and for some reason are no longer connected to the our site. What’s going on? We can all login into wordpress, but it’s not linked to the site we created. thanks

  It’s not a live site for the public yet. We haven’t launched it.

  Thank you – I was able to connect via live chat regarding the situation. It ended up being an issue with the JetPack plugin. For some reason the JetPack plugin was either deactivated or removed from our WP account. We learned that JetPack is an essential plugin for WordPress. It connects the WordPress accounts to the sites they host. (That’s why we could not see our websites when we logged in) If JetPack is removed or deactivated it can cause login and editing issues. Hopefully this information might help someone in the future. Thanks all
