HELP! Cancel my upgrade please

Hi there!
I participated in the free 2 week upgrade service at the beginning of this month (April 2014). I thought I cancelled the upgrade on 04/11/14. I received an email from one of your workers stating the domain name had been removed, therefore the site was cancelled. At that time, I also removed the credit card information from my file.Today, I was charged $99.00 for the upgrade. Is there any way this can be refunded back to me? I still have the emails where I was under the impression that my account was deleted.
Also, to prevent this in the future. How can I permanently remove my card information from your records? It has to be on file somewhere since my card was charged after I received confirmation that it was deleted.

Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to and click the “disable auto-renew” and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

I was able to disable the auto renew by cancelling it. When I go back to the dashboard, it refers me back to support to request a refund.
It gives me the message,
“You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com.”Thank you for the prompt response.

Hey,
I’ve taken a look , and can see that the $99 payment was charged on the 22nd of April 2014, but then voided. Please be aware that it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to show up on your statement, though it usually happens much quicker than that!
