help canceling premium but keeping domain

  this morning I signed up for a new domain+ free trial of premium, then realized I needed to use wordpress.org

  When I try to cancel the bundle, and keep “cheryljoan.net”
  it says “The domain cheryljoan.net costs $26.00 to register. You have already paid $0.00 for your bundle, so to keep cheryljoan.net you will need to pay an extra $26.00. “

  However I have an email receipt that says I paid the $26. When I click “cancel wordpress premium” it takes me to a shopping cart and tries to charge me for “Additional payment for Domain Registration”

  Please cancel my premium so that I will not be charged on March 5th, and keep my domain, because it is now pointing to a self-hosted wordpress.org site
